We ship world wide! We use USPS for all of our shipments. Your final shipping costs will show in your shopping cart before you confirm your payment. Please, contact us if you have any questions about international or domestic shipping! If your address shows "unconfirmed" on our merchant account, we might contact you for additional information. This is our way to secure shipments and protect our customers for unauthorized credit card purchases. Trade with the following countries is prohibited by the US Government (Office of Foreign Assets Control). Afghanistan, Angola, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Burma (Myanmar), Croatia, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Montenegro, North Korea, Serbia, Slovenia, Sudan and Syria. We reserve the right to cancel orders to these countries
We do not ship to mail forwarding addresses!
For international purchases we accept credit cards or PayPal only! Make sure you know the customs rules of your country before ordering! We ship food items North America only!
For Military discount contact us before purchasing! We ship APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt. All of our domestic items are sent via USPS First Class or USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance unless otherwise informed. Although we pack items carefully and check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects that might have occurred during the shipping. In the unlikely event that, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, please contact us! If you just want to return the item, have it shipped back to us postmarked with 14 days of receipt and we will refund the product. (Shipping costs not included.) Items shipped internationally may be subject to duties or customs fees. These charges are to be paid by purchaser at the time of receipt of merchandise. Any item shipped internationally and damaged, purchaser agrees to pay duties and customs fees both for in transit to purchaser and return of goods. Transit times are to a customers country, we cannot assure transit times in foreign countries. International shipping DOES NOT have real time tracking! International Economy shipping can take up to 45 days!
These charges are non refundable under any circumstance whatsoever. We use recycled packing material as often as possible. If you need a crisp/ unused package, let us know!
