Cloudberry Market offers the following Returns Policy:
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt.
All of our domestic items are sent via UPS Ground or USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance unless otherwise informed. Although we pack items carefully and check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects that might have occurred during the shipping. In the unlikely event that, despite our efforts, your order does arrive damaged, you must please take the entire order (all contents and all original packing material) to your local UPS or U.S. Post Office to file a claim. They will send the claim to us for processing. Please do not repack and do not mail the damaged items back to us. This will void the UPS or U.S. Post Office insurance and we will not be able to give you a refund.
Items shipped internationally may be subject to duties or customs fees. These charges are to be paid by purchaser at the time of receipt of merchandise. Any item shipped internationally and damaged, purchaser agrees to pay duties and customs fees both for in transit to purchaser and return of goods. Transit times are to a customers country, we cannot assure transit times in foreign countries. Standard International shipping DOES NOT have tracking!
These charges are non refundable under any circumstance whatsoever.
